摘要
在对刀具齿廓参数 a_n,h_(an)~*._n~*及ρ_(a0)给以不同的数值,并利用微机计算与绘图后得知,a_n,h_(an)~*,c_n~*愈大及ρ_(a0)愈小,齿轮愈不容易产生过渡曲线干涉。a_n,h_(an)~*愈大,对重合度愈有利,但对齿顶厚变化愈不利。h_(an)~*,c_n~*愈大及a_n,ρ_(a0)愈小,所加工的齿轮愈不容易产生根切。此外,随着 a_n,c_n~*的增大及h_(an)~*,ρ_(a0)的减小,变位系数封闭图在扩大,亦即有利于齿轮的变位。
Given various values for gear-tooth profile parameters of the gear cutter an,ha_(an)~*,c_n~*,and ρ_(a0),through calculation and drawing on the display screen by microcomputer,it is shown that,the greater the an,h_(an)~*,c_n~* are,the smaller the ρ_(a0) is,and the more likely no interference takes place;the greater the an and h_(an)~*,the more favorable to the contact ratio while the more unfavorable to the thickness of the tooth top;the greater the b_(an)~* and c_n~* and the smaller the a_n and ρ_(a0),the more likely no undercutting in the cut gear appears.In addition,wlth inceasing of a_n,c_n~*and decreasing of h_(an)~*,P_(a0),the allowable area of the blockade contour expands,which is favorable to the modification of the involute gears.
