Magnetic memory technique for detection of the well tubing thread

金属磁记忆检测技术适用于铁磁性金属构件失效的早期诊断. 分析了油管螺纹的磁记忆检测方法,使用TSC-1M-4应力集中磁指示仪检测了油管螺纹,并进行了数据分析. 分析结果表明,磁记忆检测技术是检测油管螺纹缺陷和应力集中程度的有效方法.

The metal magnetic memory detection technique is suitable for early diagnosis of ferromagnetism metal component, and there is potential for evaluating fatigue intensity and natural life of a component. We have studied the method of the magnetic memory diagnosis of the well tubing thread, and tested well tubing thread by using TSC-1M-4 stress concentration magnetic memory diagnostic apparatus, and analyzed the testing data. The results of the analyses show that the magnetic memory detection technique is an effective method for detecting the flaws and the stress concentration degree of the well tubing thread.
