摘要
HPA304催化剂属Merox固定床无碱脱硫醇催化剂,其预载活性组分不但量大而且是复合的,因此催化活性高。在FCC汽油脱硫醇时,可不使用活化剂,将一种新型的有机碱作为活化剂用于RFCC汽油脱硫醇。汽油脱硫醇装置上的应用结果表明,硫醇硫质量分数可以降至1×10-6～3×10-6。
HPA304 catalyst, developed for Merox fixed bed alkali-free mercaptan removal, features high activity due to preloaded active complex components with higher loadings. No activator was needed for sweetening of FCC gasoline. Commercial runs on two plants for sweetening of FCC and RFCC gasoline showed that mercaptan in gasoline was cut down to 1×10^(-6) to 3 ×10^(-6) (mass fraction).
