重症急性胰腺炎与多器官功能障碍综合征

摘要 微循环障碍是重症急性胰腺炎 (SAP)和多器官功能障碍综合征 (MODS)的启动因子和持续损害因子 ,失控的炎症反应最终导致多器官损伤。核转录因子 κB(NF κB)调控着许多重要的炎症介质 ,从而在SAP的炎症反应中起着重要作用。
