摘要
声学法锅炉温度场检测技术是近年来发展起来的一项新技术,利用该技术,可以对炉内的烟气温度测量值和火焰分布在线检测,判断锅炉的燃烧状况,进行实时调节和控制,为此,介绍声学温度场检测技术的基本原理,综合分析以最小二乘原理重建温度场的测量方法(通过测量声波传感器间的声波传播时间)。最后提出目前声学测温技术在实际应用中尚存在一些问题,但其所发挥的作用是肯定的。
Furnace temperature field detection using acoustic pyrometer is a technique with a short history,which realizes accurate on-line monitoring on furnace gas temperature and flame distribution so as to facilitate real-time combustion regulation.The paper describes the basic principle of this technique,comprehensively analyzing the method of measuring the sound wave travel time between transmitter and receiver to reconstruct tow dimensional temperature field in furnace by least square regularizing algorithm.Some problems to be solved in the application of the technique are analyzed,and its advantages are affirmed finally.
