摘要 通过分析目前火力发电厂锅炉燃烧优化调整方法所存在的问题,研究和开发出基于人工神经网络和遗传算法的锅炉运行优化管理系统。它通过机组实时运行参数的监测,以及机组变工况条件下各运行参数最优值的确定,对机组经济性做出实时评价,并提供最优值曲线,指导运行人员提高运行水平。锅炉燃烧优化采用人工神经网络和遗传算法相结合的燃烧特性建模和优化方法,实现锅炉燃用不同煤种、不同负荷条件下的运行参数全局寻优。该系统将影响机组安全性和经济性的关键参数作为长期趋势数据保存,并对某些有累积效应的参数具有累计统计功能,可实现机组设备状态在线检测,为设备消缺和安排合理的检修计划提供参考,实现锅炉优化运行指导和设备状态检测。 Based on the analysis of the problems existing in current boiler combustion optimization method in thermal power plants,a boiler operation optimization management system is developed based on artificial neural network(ANN)and genetic algorithm(GA).Through monitoring on the real-time unit operation parameters and determination of operation parameter optimums under variable-parameter operation condition of the unit,the system makes real-time evaluation on unit's economics and provides optimum curve to instruct operators.By combustion characteristic modeling and optimization method based on ANN and GA,the global optimum finding for operation parameters at various loads of boiler burning different types of coal is realized.The system stores the key parameters affecting unit's safety and economics as long-term trend data,and enables accumulative statistics on some parameters with cumulative effects.It realizes on-line monitoring on equipment states,so as to provide reference for fault elimination and rational maintenance scheduling and to realize instruction on boiler operation optimization and state monitoring of equipments.
