摘要
网络环境就是以互联网为媒介的经营环境网络化、以信息技术为代表的技术环境网络化和以人为本的社会依存关系的网络化。网络工具和媒介的存在使得组织边界淡化,表现出新的融合。因此,构造相应的组织创新概念模型,其本质的核心在于激励兼容机制和学习机制的实现。
The paper makes a deep research on the concept of network environment, involving internet-based environment, the technology IT-oriented environment, and social network relationship. We can see clearly that organization margin would diminish under such environment. After analysising the main character of organization innovation, it proposes the corresponding concept model and take the incentive consistent and study mechanism as the core. It then explores the experimental simulation system of the organizational innovation.
