跨国公司的一个竞争优势是在全球范围内利用本地创造知识的能力。因此,如何有效地在各个子公司以及子公司与母公司之间转移知识显得尤为重要。跨国公司市场知识转移的重要性以及影响市场知识转移有效性的因素,对我国企业国际经营有很大的启示。
A competitive advantage of multinational companies lies in their ability to exploit locally created knowledge worldwide. It is important to transfer knowledge within organizational network effectively. This paper describes the importance of marketing knowledge transfer and some factors concerning the effectiveness of marketing knowledge transfer. It offers some inspirations for Chinese corporations.
