摘要
在知识管理的实施过程中,将知识导入到企业中去划分为三个阶段,即定义和体系化组织知识,组织成员行为模式的整合,知识管理推进制度的建立等。在企业实施的每个阶段中,知识管理的实施对组织结构的变化将产生各种具体影响。
The paper puts forward that knowledge-based management should be carried out in the following three stages-defining organizational knowledge, integrating the model of organization member-ship, constituting the boosting system of knowledge-based management. In the process of implementing knowledge-based management, it should be noted its infuences on all kinds of organizational structure.
