摘要
马克思在《资本论》中对资本主义股份经济作了较为全面的考察 ,指出股份制是社会化大生产发展的结果 ,信用制度是其发展的条件 ,同时深刻分析了股份经济的特征。鉴于当前的国有企业股份制改革中 ,仍存在诸多问题 。
In the Theory of Capitalism,Karl Marks has given a full observation on the capitalistic stock-development and pointed out that stock-economy is the result of socialized-production and the development of credit is its developing conditions.He also analyzed its traits and characters in his works.Since there exist many problems in practice, it is significant to implement state-enterprises' stock-reformation in China,which may benefit from Marks' research.
