随着市场领域顾客导向的确立 ,顾客价值已成为企业追求持续竞争优势的新来源。从顾客价值的创新理念出发 ,通过对供应链管理、网络营销的成本优势实证分析 ,说明了顾客价值在新兴管理模式中的体现 。
With the establishment of customer-oriented market mechanism customer value has become new source of continuous competitive advantages enterprises try to pursue.This paper proceeds from innovative theory of customer value, through a positive analysis of cost advantage for supply chain management and network marketing,proving that the new developing management modes embodies customer value.It further describes of the new-type competitive strategy to obtain continuous competitive advantage based on customer value.
