摘要
在一个饭店中 ,适当的员工离职流动是必须的 ,但是过高的员工离职率所带来的消极影响远大于积极影响。面对目前过高的员工离职率 ,并有继续增长的趋势 ,如何合理有效地降低员工离职率 ,成了饭店经营者经常关注和思考的问题。离职原因有观念问题、心理问题、工作氛围问题、自身素质问题等。在市场经济环境下 ,人力资源具有流动性 ,人才流动是大势所趋 ,饭店要正视这一现实 ,从引、疏、导、迎几方面入手变被动应对为主动控制 ,实现合理。
It is necessary for woking staff to quit and move in or out of hotels.However, too high dismission rate may bring about the negative effect overweighing the positive one.In view of the currently high dismission rate,especially with an increasing tendency,hotel managers need think over how to effectively cut it down.It is assumed that many reasons account for dismission such as concept,psychology,work environment,personal quality,etc.Under market economic conditions,it is natural for human resources features to have high mobility.Hotel managers should give it a realistic view,and change passive reaction to active control so as to achieve the purpose of maintaining talents rationally and effectively.
