五味子多糖对荷瘤小鼠血液SOD和MDA的影响

The Influence of Fructus Schisandrae Polysaccharide on Blood SODand MDA of Tumor-bearing Mice

为探讨五味子多糖对S180 荷瘤小鼠抑瘤机制与机体抗氧化作用的关系 ,采用肿瘤移植的动物模型 ,测定荷瘤小鼠血液总 超氧化物歧化酶 (T SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA) ,结果显示五味子多糖各组与肿瘤对照组比较 ,T -SOD显著增高 (P <0 0 1 ) ,MDA显著降低 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,但五味子多糖各组间无明显差异。说明五味子多糖能提高荷瘤小鼠SOD的活力 ,抑制自由基的产生 ,具有一定的抗脂质过氧化作用。

To research the relationship between inhibition of Fructus Schisandrae Polysaccharide on rat and organism Antioxidation,the mouse model of tumor tansplantation was adopted,and T-SOD and MDA were estimated.The groups with Fructus Schisandrae Polysaccharide versus tumor group,T-SOD increase obviously(P<0.01),MDA drop obviously(P<0 001),but no difference during the groups with Fructus Schisandrae Polysaccharide.It is show that Fructus Schisandrae Polysaccharide could enhance the SOD ability of tumor-bearing mice,inhibit production of free radical,has effect of antioxidation in some degree.
