摘要
对生物组织的阻抗频率特性进行分析 ,就是从阻抗频谱数据中提取生物组织的阻抗特征参数。对于不同的组织 ,相应的特征参数值也各不相同 ,因而可以用来作为不同组织的判别依据。本文提出了一个基于最优化方法的组织阻抗频谱特征参数提取算法 ,假设测量值和真值的差是均值为零的离散随机变量 ,通过最小化变量的协方差矩阵来估算未知的特征参数值。仿真数据的测试表明 ,该算法是有效的 ,而且具有较高的参数提取精度。
The measurement results of tissue impedance spectroscopy are often analyzed by using the characteristic parameters that relate to structural or physiological characteristics of the studied tissue. A new algorithm for extraction of tissue impedance spectroscopy parameters based on optimization method is proposed in this paper. It is based on the assumption that the difference between measured and true values is randomly distributed with zero mean. The values of the unknown parameters are then deduced by minimizing the covariance matrix determinant. Tested on the simulation data model, it is proved that this new algorithm can extract the parameters effectually and accurately.
