摘要 基于射频原位灭活原理介绍了一种智能化射频消融系统的功率控制及软件实现。该仪器结构为上、下位机 ,上位机采用工控PC机 ,下位机是以PIC16F877单片机为核心的温度采集和射频电压控制装置 ,它们之间通过EIA 2 32 D串行口进行通讯和数据传送。仪器有两种功率控制模式控制射频功率的输出 ,采用智能化病历数据库管理系统 ,为医生制定治疗计划提供可靠的依据。动物实验证明 ,仪器工作稳定可靠 ,疗效好 ,具有较高的临床应用价值。 The development of a single-pole RF ablation therapeutic instrument based on the theory of RF local destruction is introduced. The equipment adopts master machine and slave machine architecture. The master machine is an IPC; the slave machine is a PIC16F877 single chip mainly responsible for temperature measurement and RF voltage control. They communicate each other through EIA-232-D serial port to get Data transmission. The instrument has two kinds of power control modes to give proper RF power. The intelligent case history database management system (DBMS) provides doctors with reliable dots for designing treatment planning.Animal experiments demonstrated that the equipment works stably and reliably, and has good therapeutic results.
