合并糖尿病肺结核的影像学特点(附45例分析)

Image characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis of diabetes mellitus (Analysis of 45 cases)

目的 分析合并糖尿病的肺结核胸部影像学征像 ,以期为临床综合诊断提供依据。方法 回顾性分析 4 5例合并糖尿病肺结核患者的胸部影像学与相关临床资料。结果 大片状致密性阴影占 6 8.9% ,多发小空洞性阴影占 6 8.9% ,散在片状及小斑片阴影占 2 6 .7% ,结节、肿块状阴影占4 .4 %。结论 熟悉这些不同形态的影像学特点 ,对合并糖尿病的肺结核在诊断及病情分析中有重要参考价值。

Objective To analyze the image characteristics o f chest of pulmonary tuberculosis associated of diabetes mellitus in order to offe r some basis for the clinical synthetical diagnosis.Methods To review the image characteristics of chest in 45 pati ents with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes and analysis the related clinical information.Results The image characteristics of the patients s howed that massive and dense patchy shadow was 68.9%,multiple small cavity patch y shadow was 68.9%,dispersive pieces and small patch shadow was 26.7%,nodosity a nd tumour shoadow was 4.4%.Conclusion To familiar with the varied image characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in diabetes,which have important reference value in synt hesis diagnosis or state analysis.
