韶关市健康人群脊髓灰质炎抗体水平监测

Surveillance of Poliomyelitis Antibody Among Healthy People in Shaoguan City

为了解韶关市健康人群脊髓灰质炎 (脊灰 )抗体水平 ,为及时制定免疫策略提供科学依据 ,2 0 0 2年分别对 1岁、2～ 4岁、6～ 8岁、1 3～ 1 5岁、2 0～ 4 0岁 5个年龄组共计 2 2 6人进行了脊灰中和抗体水平监测。结果表明 :脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型中和抗体阳性率均达到 1 0 0 %,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型抗体几何平均滴度 (GMT)分别为 1∶2 2 3 7、1∶2 1 3 6、1∶1 5 1 5。表明韶关市计划免疫冷链系统运转状况良好 ,脊灰疫苗免疫效果显著 ,健康人群对脊灰已形成牢固的免疫屏障。

To understand the immune status of poliomyelitis among healthy people in Shaoguan City, provide scientific evidence for the immunization strategy,surveillance of poliomvelitis neutralizing antibody level was conducted in 2002, 226 people were devided in 5 age groups of 1,2-4,6-8,13-15,and 20-40 years old.The results showed that neutralizing antibody positive rates for poliomyelitis Ⅰ,Ⅱ; and Ⅲ, all achiered 100% and the GMTs were 1∶223.7,1∶213.6, and 1∶151.5 respectively.It indicated that the EPI cold chain system operated well in Shaoguan City and the effect of poliomyelitis vaccine immunization was notable.The firm immune barrier to poliomyelitis among healthy polpulation had been formed.
