摘要
旅游企业要迎接入世的挑战及机遇,应遵循市场规律增强自身实力,首先要有明确的市场定位.首先介绍了市场结构与企业行为的关系,并明确了我国旅游企业目前处于垄断竞争的市场结构中,同时提出以市场为导向的经营策略,以提高旅游企业的竞争力.
In order to meet the challenges and opportunities the entering of WTO has brought, tourist enterprises should adhere to the rules of market for enhancing the strength themselves,the first of which is the awareness of the definite market position. The author firstly introduces the relationship between market structure and enterprises' behaviors, then indicates clearly the market structure of our tourist enterprises are monopolistic competition and gives the consequent strategies for increasing the tourist enterprises' competitive drive.
