新型恒温即热式电热水器控制系统的研究与开发

The Research and Development of Novel Control System in the Electric Tankless Water Heater for Fixed Temperature

以AT8 9C5 2单片机为核心研制出功能较为完善的即热式电热水器控制系统 ,该控制系统除了通常的控制加热和保护外 ,还具有较强的智能 ,包括根据用户设定的温度自动控制加热管的工作 ,给出恒定温度的出水以及漏电保护、相零检测和超温保护等功能。本文重点阐述了系统的工作原理、硬件构成、各部分的主要功能以及软件的结构和实现。

The paper introduces the basic design procedure of forming the control system of an electric water heater with the single chip microcomputer. The control system of the electric tankless water heater with good function is formed with the single chip microcomputer of AT89C52. Besides normal water temperature control in the electric water heater and security control, the control system is featured with intelligent functions including producing fixed temperature water according user’s setting and creepage protection、detection of AC L and AC N、ultra temperature protection etc. The emphasis is laid on the principle of the control system, the structure and the functions of the hardware circuit and software design methods.
