摘要
为实现线结构光视觉传感器的优化设计 ,建立了线结构光视觉传感器的像面点与被测空间物体上对应点之间的数学模型 ,该模型反映了空间被测点与传感器结构参数之间的相互关系。然后基于此模型对线结构光视觉传感器的测量误差进行了分析 ,得出了线结构光传感器各参数与测量精度之间的关系。在对各设计参数综合分析的基础上 ,提出了线结构光传感器最优结构参数判据 ,并给出了优化线结构光传感器结构参数的实例。
To optimize the structural parameters of a line structured light visual sensor, the visual sensor imaging model is investigated. The model indicates the relations between the coordinates of the spatial points to be measured and their correspondences on the image plane of the camera, and also represents the effect of the visual sensor structural parameters on the sensor measurement result. The measurement errors of the visual sensor are probed into with respect to the changes of the model parameters. The error analysis explicitly illustrated the dependence of the visual sensor accuracy on the sensor structural parameters. Based on the comprehensive consideration for designing an ideal visual sensor, the criterion for optimizing the structural parameters of the sensor is derived and a practical example is introduced to demonstrate its implementation.
