不同品种实验兔主要脏器重量及脏器系数的研究

Study on the Chief Organ Weight and Coefficients of Different Species of Experimental Rabbits

目的测定并比较分析我国主要品种实验兔主要脏器重量及脏器系数的差异。方法用电子天平分别测定了40只青紫蓝兔(GPB)、中国白兔(CW)及南京总医院培育的实验型封闭群新西兰兔(NZW)主要内脏器官肝、心、脾、肺、胰、肾、肾上腺、睾丸、卵巢、子宫输卵管的重量和脏器系数。结果各品种实验兔性别之间除GPB肺重量及NZW肺脏器系数差异有显著性(P<005)外,其余脏器重量和脏器系数性别间差异均无显著性(P>005)。NZW与GPB、CW之间肝、脾、肺、胰、肾上腺脏器系数之间差异有显著性(P<0.05),其余脏器系数不同品种之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);GPB与CW之间所有脏器系数差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论实验兔主要脏器重量和脏器系数与品种特性具有一定的相关性。

Objective To measure and analyse the chief organ weight and coefficients of different species of experimental rabbits.Methods\ In 40 GPB rabbits,CW rabbits and experimental closed colony NZW rabbits bred by Nanjing General Hospital were measured the chief organ weight and coefficient of liver, heart, spleen, lung, pancrease, kidney, adrenal, testis, ovary, womb and oviduct with electronic scales.Result\ No significant differences were observed in all indications between male and female ( P >0.05) except the lung weight of GPB and the lung coefficient of NZW( P <0.05).Among the species,coefficients of liver,spleen,lung,pancrease,adrenal showed significant differences( P <0.05), and the others P >05.Between the GPB and CW,all organ coefficients were with no significant differences( P >0.05).Conclusion\ The chief organ weight and coefficients of experimental rabbits have some correlativity with species characteristics.
