游离桡骨骨棒固定治疗腕舟骨骨折

Treatment of Scaphid Fractures with the Bone Transplantation of Hemograft Radius

目的 观察游离桡骨骨棒固定治疗腕舟骨骨折、骨不连的疗效。 方法 对 3例腕舟骨新鲜骨折和 5例陈旧性骨折伴骨不连患者进行开放复位后 ,凿取 2 0mm× 3mm× 3mm游离桡骨骨棒进行内固定 ,术后石膏固定 3个月。 结果 随访 6个月～ 2年 ,8例骨折全部愈合 ,7例腕关节功能优良 ,疼痛消失。 结论 采用桡骨骨棒治疗腕舟骨骨折 ,操作简单 ,既能有效固定骨折 ,又能促进成骨作用 ,加速骨折愈合。

Objective To investigate a simple and effective method for the fracture or nonunion of the scaphoid. Methods 3 cases of fresh fractures and 5 cases of nonunion of old scaphoid fractures had been treated with open reduction. Bone rods with the size of 20 mm×3 mm×3 mm were harvested from the distal of the radius and inserted into the cavern of the scaphoid acted as a fixation device. Postoperatively all patients wore a case for 3 months. Result All fracture got union with 6～24 months follow-up, showing excellent recovery in 7 cases and fair in 1 case. Conclusion The radius bone rod can fix the fracture, promote the osteogenesis, accelerate the healing process with a simple procedure.
