可吸收螺钉在关节内骨折的应用

A Clinical Study on Absorbable Internal Fixation Screws in Treatment of Intra-articular Fracture

目的 探讨可吸收螺钉内固定治疗关节内骨折的临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析 1999年 6月～ 2 0 0 4年 6月的 6 9例关节内骨折患者 ,其中踝关节骨折 4 2例 ,肱骨内外髁骨折 19例 ,髋臼骨折8例 ,均行可吸收螺钉内固定手术。 结果 平均随访 19个月 (4个月～ 5年 ) ,所有病例骨折均在伤后12周内愈合 ,关节活动无明显异常 ,优良 6 7例 ,可 2例。 结论 可吸收螺钉内固定具有操作简便 ,固定可靠 ,临床效果良好等优点 ,避免了患者需再次手术取出内固定物的痛苦和负担。

Objective To assess the effect of absorbable internal fixation screws in treating intra-articular fracture. Method The clinical data of 69 cases of intra-articular fracture from June 1999 to June 2004 were analysed retrospectively. All patients were treated by internal fixation with absorbable screws, including 39 cases with ankle joint fracture, 14 cases with lateral or medial fracture of humeral condyle and 8 cases with acetabular fracture. Results The patients were followed from 4 months to 5 years (average of 19 months). All fractures healed in 12 weeks with normal articular function showing excellent in 67 cases, fair in 2 cases. Conclusion Absorbable internal fixation screws demonstrate the advantages of simple manipulation,reliable fixation and satisfied clinical results for the treatment of intra-articular fracture by which the pain and finacial burden of the subsequent internal fixation materials takingout operation can be avoided.
