Technological Innovation and Intellectual Property of Chinese Corporations

入世后,中国企业由于知识产权保护意识不强,科技投入不足,缺乏自主知识产权的核心技术和专有技术,综合竞争力不强,面临严峻的挑战。在进行国外企业现状分析的基础上,本文给中国企业提出了对策和建议把知识产权战略和企业发展战略相结合,采取灵活的管理机制、科学的程序和方法,构建技术创新体系,重视申请和应用专利,把专利与商标保护和风险投资结合起来,并规范知识产权管理制度和机构,重视知识产权人才的培养。

After entering into WTO, Chinese corporations, most of which don't have strong synthetic abilities of competition, are facing rigorous challengers because of their unawareness of the protection of intellectual property, the insufficient of the investment in science and technology, and the absence of core and special technologies with their own intellectual property. Based on the analysis of foreign corporations, the article offered some countermeasure and suggestion to Chinese corporations, which are as follows: To combine the strategy of intellectual property with that of corporation development, adopt the flexible management mechanism and scientific procedure and method, establish the technological innovation system, take the application and use of patents into account, combine the protection of patent and trademark with the risk investment, normalize the administration system and organization of intellectual property, and attach importance to the training of the intellectual property talent.
