摘要
Bi_2BaNb_2O_9、Bi_2LaNbTiO_9 和 Bi_2LaTaTiO_9三种层状铋结构化合物均呈现明显的频率弛豫现象.本文在研究了这三种陶瓷的介电性能和热释电性能的基础上,分析了其弛豫的可能原因.
Bismuth layer type ceramics Bi_2BaNb_2O_9(BBN),Bi_2LaNbTiO_9(BLNT)and Bi_2LaTaTiO_9(BLTT)all show broad maxima of dielectric constant and an increase in Curie temperature withincreasing frequency characteristic.On the basis of analyses in the dielectric and pyroelectricproperties,the reasons of relaxation in BBN,BLNT and BLTT ceramics are discussed.
