摘要
对电容器用绝缘纸电介质材料进行了详细的时域介电谱研究.零电场和有外场条件下的复介电常数有显著区别.自由弛豫时间 r′和随机弛豫时间(?)都有开路值或短路值之分;两种测值都可能相差多达六个数量级,并且都会受到测量中所用样品的电容值的影响.提出了得到可靠的时域介电谱的方法.
The properties of dielectric isolation paper applied in capacitors are studied by using themethod of the time domain dielectric spectroscopy.In conditions of zero field and an appliedfield the complex dielectric constants exhibit obvious differences.There are two values of opencircuit and short circuit for free relaxation time (?)′as well as for random relaxation time (?).Thetwo values of (?)′or (?) may be distinctive as large as six order of magnitude,and they are allvariable if the capacitance of the sample varies,although the sample is made of only the samesort of dielectric material.A reliable method is found out for the measurement of time domaindielectric spectroscopy.
