摘要
在磁力研磨加工中,磁力研磨装置的性能对加工质量的影响很大.根据磁性研磨光整加工的工作原理,提出一种由普通车床改装的用于圆柱面加工的磁力研磨装置的设计方法.经过实验验证,该设备很好地满足了磁性研磨光整加工的表面精度要求.
In magnetic abrasive polishing,the property of machining device has great effect on workpiece quality.A magnetic polishing device is designed by the authors based on the principle of magnetic polishing.Through test,the design was proved to satisfy the requirements of magnetic polish.
