摘要 本文研究了在 Li_2O-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2(简称 LCAS)玻璃中加入 MgO 添加物,用烧结方法制备成适合于 SiC 纤维相复合的微晶玻璃基质材料.当 MgO 添加量在0~16wt%时,获得了膨胀系数从16~39×10^(-7)/℃的一系列致密烧结体,而膨胀系数随着 MgO 的加入量增多而增加.从热分析和 X 射线晶相鉴定结果进行分析,表明了添加 MgO 以后,使材料中的晶相组成和结构产生变化,从而影响了试样膨胀系数的性能改变,在文中对这一类型材料的组成、性能与结构之间的关系进行了讨论. In this pater,glass-ceramic matrix material which may be well matched with SiC fibre wasstudied.Adapting a tailor making method of preparation,Li_2O-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 system glassmixed with MgO as an additive was sintered.When MgO was introduced into LCAS glass inthe range of 0~16wt%,a series of well densified specimens could be obtained.It was foundthat the α of different specimens increases with increasing amount of added MgO.According tothe results provided by DTA and XRD analysis,it has been shown that the phase compositionand the related microstructure of glass-ceramics will change due to the MgO introduced.As a rule the influence of α in different specimens would be expected.The relationship betweencomposition,property and structure for the glass-ceramics was also discussed.
