摘要
本文用交流阻抗法测量了 ZrO_2材料在940℃、时效222h 的过程中电阻率的变化,并用 XRD、EPMA、EDAX 及 TEM 分析了产生这种变化的原因.研究的结果表明,在时效的初期,ZrO_2晶粒中析出一种微细相,使得晶粒电阻率变大;在时效的后期,ZrO_2晶界相发生相变,又使其晶界电阻率增大.1.5AYZ 试样在500℃时测量的电阻率值的时效动力学方程可表示为:ρ(t)=1962+0.81t^(1.1)(Ω·cm)
In this paper,the resistivity changes of ZrO_2 based solid electrolyte during aging at 940
℃ for 222 h were measured by AC impedance method,and the reasons for the changes were
analyzed by means of XRD、EPMA、EDAX and TEM.At the initial stage of aging,a kind
of new phase was precipitated from the ZrO_2 grains,which increased the grain resistivity;at the
final stage of aging,the ZrO_2 grain boundary phase was transformed into another new phase,
which increased the grain boundary resistivity.The aging dynamic equation of the resistivity
measured at 500℃ of the sample 1.5AYZ can be expressed as:ρ(t)=1962+0.81t^(1.1)(Ω·cm).
