摘要
针对原吸附干燥器存在内部盘管焊接接头容易泄漏、设备使用寿命短、材质浪费较大等问题,对其进行了改进。将其中的气体分布改为筛孔板结构,在盘管和总管之间增加异径接头,在夹套与内筒之间增加加强圈,改进后的吸附干燥器结构合理,投资省,效率高,运行平稳。
By changing gas distributor into screen opening plate construction, adding heterodiametral pipe coupling between coiled pipe and main pipe, adding a strengthened circle between jacket and inner cylinder, some problems existing in the original absorption drier, such as easy of leakage of inner coil welding, short life of equipments, and over-consuming of materials, etc. , are solved. The improved absorption drier has advantages of rational structure, low investment, high efficiency, and steady operation.
