当前我国农村剩余劳动力的转移遇到前所未有的难题 ,城市和乡镇企业的吸纳能力严重下降 ,农村剩余劳动力应当向何处去 ?本文提出了 4个途径 ,即现有的大中城市、参与农业产业化的乡镇企业、西部转移、劳务输出 ,除此之外 ,还必须同时辅之以人口增量的控制。

The writer puts forward in this article his points of view about where the rural surplus labor force should be transferred:to the existing large and medium sized cities;to the enterprises in towns and villages which have industrialized agriculture;to the western areas of China;to foreign countries.The writer also adds that the population must be controlled.
