社会发展过程中所付的各种代价其实是社会实践主体为实现自身长远目标而对诸多价值目标进行主体选择的结果。这种选择受社会发展阶段的限制。超前或滞后于历史阶段的价值目标只能带来负效应。

The various cost paid during the development of society derives from the subject's selection to the different value goals in social practice to achieve their long term goal.The selection is constrained by the developing stage of society.The excessive or lagging value goal in the historic stage can only obtain subside effect.
