星卫型虚拟企业敏捷生产计划方法研究

Study on the agile production planning of central-satellite virtual enterprises

生产计划方法对于提高企业群体的敏捷性具有重要意义 ,本文将延迟生产的应用研究延伸到虚拟企业环境 ,提出了基于延迟生产理论的星卫型虚拟企业模块化生产计划方法。仿真试验表明 ,延迟模块化生产计划的实施 ,具有并行制造的效果 ,与传统星卫型企业群体的生产计划方法相比 。

Production planning is important to increase the agility of virtual enterprises. In this paper,based on the characteristics analysis of central-satellite virtual enterprises, postponement and modularization are employed in production planning of virtual enterprises in order to increase the efficiency of production planning and the flexibility of satellite enterprises and to decrease the management cost of central enterprise. It is shown that,according to the result of a simulation study with Petri net, the implementation of postponement and modularization production planning has similar effect to parallel manufacturing and therefore it can make the virtual enterprise to be more agile than normal central-satellite virtual enterprises.
