用排队论作劳动定员比起目前工厂采用的定员制,能使工厂获得最大的经济效益。
A method for estimation of fixed number of worker base on queuing theory was introduced, especially to solve the question of loom assignment of repairman in weavingshop for raising the economic efficiency of the factory.
