摘要
本文研究了高温处理后 SiC 颗粒增强镍镀层的组织及耐磨性的变化.研究发现,经600、800、1000℃、1h处理的镀层中,相应地形成三种不同的 Ni-Si 化合物;在600℃处理时,首先生成过渡相 Ni_5Si_2,然后转变为稳定相Ni_3Si.结果表明,该复合镀层的耐磨性受热处理温度影响的同时,还与高温反应产物的种类有关.
It was studied that the change of structure and wear resistance of the Ni-plating hardenedby SiC grains occurs after high temperature treatment.It was found that three Ni-Si com-pounds were formed respectively after the plating was treated for 1 hour at 600,800 and 1000℃;and that a transient phase,Ni_5Si_2,was formed firstly,and then it was transformed intoa stable phase,Ni_3Si,at 600℃.Experimental results show that the wear resistance of theplating can be affected by heat treatment temperature and also interrelated with the type ofhigh temperature reaction products.
