摘要
本文采用高温固相扩散法合成出一种新的发光体SrSiO_3:Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+).研究了激活剂Eu^(3+)与敏化剂Bi^(3+)浓度变化与发光强度的关系.实验发现,组成为Sr_(0.817)Li_(0.0915)SiO_3:Eu_(0.075)^(3+),Bi^(3+)的发光体其发光强度最大.给出了发光体SrSiO_3:Eu^(3+)、SrSiO_3:Eu^(3+)、Bi^(3+)的激发光谱与发光光谱;测定了发光体的X射线粉末衍射图并给出了d值,确定了该发光体为SrSiO_3晶格.
The phosphor of stronium mctasilicate co-activated with Eu3+ and Bi3+ ions synthesized firstly in this paper. The variety of emitting intensity of it with the concentrations of Eu3+ and Bi3+ has been studied. It was found that the compound with the formula Sr0.87 Li0.0915 SiO3: Eu0.0753+, Bi0.01653+ gave the strongest fluorescence. The stimulating mechanism of Bi3+ ion on Eu3+ has been also discussed. The excitation and emission spectra of the phosphors, SrSiO3: Eu3+ and SrSiO3: Eu3+, Bi3+ were given and their crystal structures were also determined in this paper.
