摘要
介绍用红外热象技术检测大面积硅太阳电池的PN结不均匀性,电极虚焊及裂纺等缺陷的原理,方法和结果。实验证明,红外热象检测法用于太阳电池及太阳电池电源方阵质量的无损检测有明显优点。
The principle,method and results of infrared thermographic nondestructive testing of nonunifor-mities of PN junction,poor-connected contacts and cracks in large solar cells are described.Experimental resultsshow that the method has obvious advantage in nondestructive testing of the quality of solar cell and powersource array.
