现代信号处理在无损检测技术的发展中起着日益重要的作用,与基于快速傅里叶变换的谱估计方法相比,最大熵谱估计方法具有较精细的频谱分辨率,用于超声共振测厚时检测灵敏度度更高。本广用铝和钢板作了实验研究,使用的频率范围是1-10MHz.
Modern signal processing has been playing an increasingly important role in improving nondestructive testing techniques.Compared to the traditional FFT based spectral estimation,the maximum entropy method (MEM) provides increased spectral resolution,which can be used for thickness measurement by ultrasonic resonance testing with higher sensitivity.Aluminum and steel plates were used in the studies.The frequency band ranged from (?)MHz to 10 MHz.
