以单斜探头折射角修正值和双晶直探头声场中横孔反射最强点的计算为例,阐述了探头设计中运用超声场理论并考虑缺陷的反射特性及缺陷与声场相对移动影响的重要性。
Described is the application of sound field distribution theory to ultrasonic probe design considering defect reflection charater and the influence of defect location in the sound field with the examples of refraction angle amendment calculation of angle beam probe and the side drilled hole top reflection distance calculation of straight beam TR probe.
