摘要 本文为便于计算机对钢的奥氏体在连续冷却转变时的动力学进行数学模拟,将过冷奥氏体等温转变动力学曲线用1g(f)=A+BT+CT^2+DT^3+…描述;根据过冷奥氏体转变的孕育期迭加原理,结合工件内各单元的冷却状况计算相应单元的连续冷却转变动力学;对等速连续冷却转变动力学进行了模拟计算.其结果与实测的曲线吻合得相当好;还对模拟方法的准确性进行了分析讨论。 In order to make computer-simulation of the kinetics of austenite in steels during continuous cooling transformation,the following formula lg(t)=A+BT +CT^2 +DT^3+,…is used to describe the TTT curve of steel.According to the incubation period superposition principle of undercooling austenite transforma- tion and the cooling behavior of every cell in work,the continuous cooling transformation kinetics of every cell in work is calculated.In this paper,the kinetics of continuous cooling transformation at constant cooling rate is simu- lated mathematically.The resuh is well consistent with measured curves.In addition,the accuracy of mathematical simulation model has been discussed.
