摘要
本文介绍用于可调谐 CO_2激光边带相干光源的稳频激光系统。该系统由具有腔内低气压 CO_2气体吸收室的稳频激光器和另一台偏置频率锁定激光器所组成,输出激光频率可锁在9~11μm 波段每条激光支线的中心,并且单支线输出功率大于5W的多于30条;最强线功率达15W;频率稳定度优于1×10^(-9)(10s 取样);复现性优于1×10^(-8):10min 内功率漂移小于1%.
An unmodulated stable laser system,which has been used as a tunable CO_2 laser sideband coherent source,is introduced.This system consists of freq- uency-stabilization laser which is locked near the center of 4.3μm fluorescence Lamb-dip and a bias frequency locking laser.Results show that laser frequency can be locked at the center of each line within 9~11μm and more than 30 lines selected by grating have the power of over 5W,the strongest can reach 15W. Frequency stability and reproducibility are respectively better than 1×10^(-9) (10s) and 1×10^(-8).Power shift is less than 1% within ten minutes.
