蓄热室底部设置“档墙”研究

Research on the Baffle Installed on the Bottom of the Regenerative Chamber

本文研究了在蓄热室底部设置“档墙”以改善蓄热室内气流分布的均匀性。就蓄热室底部设置档墙的影响因素如档墙的形状、高度、数量及安装位置等的相互影响开展研究,并在此基础上确定“档墙”设置的最佳方案。

In this paper the research result on modifying airflow distribution in the regerneative chamber with the baffle set up on the bottom of the chamber is reported. Meanwhile, some major influence factors which affect the action efficacy of the baffle, such as the shape, the height and number of the baffle as well as the place where the baffles are put up, are given a minute description. Besides, on the basis of the research achievement, an optimum plan on installing the baffle is determined.
