摘要
论文从满足产品粒度,有利于保护针状结构,可操作性好,指标稳定,流程简化等技术角度论证了立式螺旋搅拌磨用于微粉碎硅灰石矿粉的合理性。结合生产实际的产品方案,在系统试验的基础上给出了最佳工艺参数。并运用了现代测试手段,光透过粒度测定仪和电子显微镜对产品进行了粒度分布测定和形貌观察。验证了搅拌磨生产超微粉仍能保护其针状结构。还指出了这种磨机操作稳定,效果稳定,可开路生产满足产品粒度要求,无需配用分级设备。
The feasibilities of ultrafine wollastonits powder have been analysed based on joint
considerations of satisfying product size requiremet, preventing the needlelike wollastionite structure,
maintaining an easy operation, stable performance and simplified flowsheet, etc. Optimum operating
conditions have been established through systematic reseaches on the bases of product requirements.
Modern analytical technique such as light-transmission particle sizing and scanning electron spec-
troscopy have been used to determine the size and morphology of the product. It is found that the
needelelike structure can be preserved even down to the ultrafine range by using the tower mill. The
tower mill is easy to operate, has stable performances, and can be used in open-circuit to produce re-
quired products without needing for a classifier.
