摘要
本文分析了轮带对简体的压力分布及回转窑简体应力和变形的重要问题。介绍并分析了在研究筒体应力和变形中几种轮带对筒体压力分布的假定。通过对筒体的载荷和受力分析,推导出轮带对筒体压力分布的理论计算公式,同时就轮带对简体的压力分布进行实际测量,比较理论计算和实际测量,其结果是一致的,为筒体的应力和变形研究提供了实际依据。
This paper studies on stress and deformation of the shell of the rotary kiln,which are important problems,on how to define the shell's stress distribution produced by the tyre. Several assumptions of the shell's stress distribution are introduced and analysed,a formula is derived for the stress distribution in the paper. The stress distribution is practically measured,however,the measuring result coincides with the calculating result. That provides for the foundation on the study of stress and deformation of shell.
