摘要
宁海县工业用地的调整规划是宁海县总体规划深化的一部分.本文以宁海县工业用地的调整规划为例,探讨如何使规划既有宏观层次的原则性指导,又有微观层次的规定性控制;既有全局的控制管理,又有一定的可操作性.
The subdivision planning on industrial land in Ning Hal County is a part of the overall planning(fur- ther designing)in Ning Hal county.The article takes this planning practice as an example to study the relationship between the macro guidence in principle and the micro formulate control function of the subdivision planning so that it could be used both for overall management and micro practice
