摘要
以四套籼型杂交水稻(Oryzo mtiaa L.subsp.iiudicu Kato)组合为材料,分析了杂文水稻F_1及其亲本黄化芽的肽链外切酶-亮氨酸氨肽酶(LAP、EC 3.4.11.1)、肽链内切酶-胶原(蛋白)酶(EC3.4.4.19)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD,EC 1.15.1.1.)的活性及蛋白质含量.结果表明杂交水稻F_1的氨肽酶活性高于亲本;而优势组合的肽链内切酶活性则低于亲本,但弱优势组合的肽链内切酶高于父母本.超氧化物歧化酶活性,弱优势组合低于父母本平均值.蛋白质含量则无此关系.
This report deals with activities of leucineaminopeptidase(LAP, EC 3. 4. 11. 1), endopeptidase(as Azocollase) (EC 3. 4. 9. 19) and superoxide dismutase (SOD, EC 1. 15. 1. 1) as swell as content of pro- teins in shoots of seedlings in hybrid rice (Oryza sativa L. Subsp. indica Kato)and their parents. The results show the activity of leucineaminopeptidase in F_1 hybrids is higher than in their par- ents, but that of endopeptidase in F_1 hybrids with heterosis is lower than in their parents. The activity of superoxide dismutase in hybrids for cross of weak heterosis has lower values.
