摘要
本文讨论了电磁波在电子密度呈高斯分布的圆柱喷焰等离子体中的传播过程,给出散射场及等离子体内总场表达式;计算了传输系数和反射系数;根据数值结果讨论了喷焰等离子体电磁特性.此方法可用于微波等离子诊断.
Electromagnetic wave propagation in parameters cylindrical plasma jets have been discussed. The electron density profile is represented by a Gaussian curve constant. Formulas for the scattering field and the tolal field are derived. Coefficients of reflection and transmission are calculated. Numerical so- lutions are given. Electromagnetic characteristics of plasma jets are also discussed. This method can be applied for microwave diagnostics.
