摘要
N、N-二乙氨基环氧丙烷和N、N-二乙氨基环硫丙烷在BF_3·Et_2O催化下可进行开环聚合,但催化剂的用量较大.为了得到较纯的聚合物必须对聚合粗产物进行水解,以除去其中的BF_3.本工作用水解法制得了这两种环氧和环硫单体的均聚物,分子量分别为630和3760.当这两种单体分别与邻苯二甲酸酐以等摩尔进行共聚时,不必外加催化剂则可得到交替共聚物.因为单体中的-NEt_2基团起了自催化作用.
The diethylamino-methythiirane(SN) and diethylaminomethyloxirane (ON) Can be polymerized in the presence of BF_3Et_2O, but the amount of Catalyst used in polymerization must be equivalent to that of SN or ON for the most of BF_3 are exhausted in the formation of complexes BF_3-NR_2. In order to get pure polymers, the BF_3 bound in the raw polymerizing products must be removed by hydrolysis. Poly SN (Mn=3760) and poly ON(Mn=630) have been prepared by this method. The copolymer- ization of ON(or SN)with phthalic anhydride(PA) can also be carried out without any catalyst owing to the catalytic character contributed by the --R_2N groups in SN or ON.
