细胞质雄性不育水稻珍汕97A胞核DNA代谢的研究

摘要 在水稻个体发育中,其胞核DNA含量不是恒定的,叶片胞核DNA含量高于2C值。不育系珍仙97A与其保持系珍汕97B之间叶片胞核DNA含量变化不同,在营养生长阶段,珍仙97B较珍汕97A的叶片胞核的DNA含量略高,但两者无显著性差异。然而进入生殖发育阶段后,珍汕97A叶片胞核DNA含量反而显著高于珍仙97B。从花粉胞核DNA含量来看,珍汕97A在单核早中期,花粉胞核DNA含量与珍汕97B相近,从单核晚期开始,胞核DNA发生降解,而且DNA合成停止,水稻花粉发生败育。 During the ontogeny of rice, DNA contents of leaves nuclei are not constant, they are higher man 2C value. Nucleus DNA contents are different in change between sterile line Zhenshan 97A and its maintainer line Zhenshan 97B. During vegetative period, the, nucleus DNA contents in Zhenshan 97B are a tittle higher than that in Zhenshan 97A. However both of them are not significant difference. But entering reproductive period the nucleus DNA contents in latter is great significant higher than that in the former. As for DNA content of pollen nucleus, the DNA contents in Zhenshan 97A are similar to that in Zhenshan 97B at the early-middle stage of uninuclear pollen, but at the uninuclear later stage, the cell nuclei DNA begin to degrade and there are not new DNA syntheses. That lead to the pollen abortion of the rice.
