摘要
采用界面铺张—硝酸银染色技术,制备了鳑鮍亚科5种鱼(彩石鲋、高体鳑鮍、越南刺鳑鮍、斑条刺鳑鮍和短须刺鳑鮍)的精母细胞联会复合体(SC)标本,用透射电镜对这些鱼的SC进行了亚显微研究,发现有双着丝粒SC和畸变SC。绘制了高体鳑鮍和越南刺鳑鮍的SC组型模式图,讨论了鳑鮍亚科鱼类核型演化机制及SC畸变分析在环境监测中的理论意义和应用价值。
The synaptonemal complexes (SCs) in spermatocytes of five fishes were examined by using surface-spreading and silver stained techniques and observed under electron microscope. These five fishes comprise Rhodeus lighti, R. ocellatus, Acheilognathus tonkinensis, A. teanianalis, A. barbotulus in Acheilognathinae. The formation and developmental process of autosomal SCs were carefully examined, some dicentric SC and aberrant SC were also noticed. The idiograms of SC karyotypes of two species of fishes(R. ocellalus and A. tonkinensis) have been constructed. The mechanism of karyotypic evolution in Acheilognathinae and the significance in theory and practice for analyses of SC aberration are discussed.
